Vicki, which book was it that you said has meant so much to you? Your reply to Dan’s question was “Trustful Surrender to Divine Providence” (which is by Fr. Jean Baptiste Saint-Jure and Blessed Claude de la Colombière), but when Dan referred to the book he said, “Abandonment to Divine Providence” by Jean Pierre de Caussade.

Mary — Many folks confuse these two books because they both have “Divine Providence” in the title. What Vicki said is your answer. Dan, unintentionally, misspoke.
