This Advent Season …
Become a Gift!

Become a Gift!

Become a Gift – We have another great video from Father Michael Najim, one of our popular contributors, about how one should become a gift this Advent season. He talks about all the gifts we have been buying … or those we have not bought that we are stressed out about, what is the true reason for giving gifts, where our true emphasis needs to be, and how you can be a gift to someone this Christmas. What can you be an instrument of?  And, how can you experience peace as we get closer to Christmas? How can you experience joy as we get closer to Christmas?

    Praise Be to Jesus!
I wanted to share a gift I recieved this morning from the Lord. You see I believe he is constantly giving us gifts. Not just the one of Life eternal and of The Spirit and the many spiritual gifts thru the church, but everyday physical gifts. I have had what I thought was a post sticking out thru my gums for about two weeks from a crown I had done. and finally got an appointment to address the possibility of surgery today! and asked the Lord before taking my son to school, Lord if this isn’t a post sticking out of my gums and it is something else, they will surely call me crazy, they already call me crazy, please help me. I was brushing my teeth and all of a sudden something can out and I felt my gums and it was gone. I looked in the sink and it look like a spilter and I felt some sharp clear thing I don’t even know what it was. But, I do know that The Lord anwered my prayer, right then and there. I was so happy I hurried and droped off my son at school and drove straight to Mass to thank him.
My God is an Awesome God! and that is just one of the many times he has helped me. He is Greater than all things! and can do anything!
Thanks Be to God, for his mercy and grace thru Christ Jesus, his Holy Mother and all the Angels and Saints and those who serve him.
    I love you!
    Your an amazing Love!

Yes, We need to be a blessing and a gift, for the truth was also that the dentist who offered to help me, didn’t take my insurance, but I knew them for years prior and trusted them to help me, even though I didn’t have the money if things went past the ex-rays, I was trusting in The Lord for the rest. The fact and the Truth was that The Lord knew everything I didn’t. They were being kind to me, I was trusting in The Lord, and together we were sharing in his love. I called them back and told them what had happened, Thanking God the whole time, and them as well. I was truely blessed. We need to start with Love and trust in Him to guide us and believe what we can’t do on our own he will help us thru.
