He is Risen

He is Risen! Albrecht Dürer's, The Resurrection of Christ, Copper Etching

He is Risen, Alleluia!

Today the Church celebrates the Resurrection of Christ from the grave. Christ lives, no more to die! He rose as He said, alleluia! He is truly risen, alleluia! He is victorious and has conquered sin and death, alleluia!  He has opened to us the gates of everlasting life, alleluia!  He has come so that we may have joy and our joy may be complete!  Rejoice and be glad, alleluia!

Halleluia, He is truly risen and we have been redeemed for ever. Praise be God. May He give us Grace and renacity to keep up the run, and when we fall, as we shall surely do, to rise up fast and, like St. Paul continue the run, until we arrive at the Gate of His Home and receive our Crown of Victory, there to praise Him with all the Saints and Angels for ever and ever. Amen.

Oh Holy Mary Mother of God, run with us encouraging us not to tire on the way. Saint Faustina, Venerable John Paul II, the Servant of God Cardinal Maurice Michael Otunga, pray for us

Reflecting on Easter morning as I arrived at church early to prepare my heart and the music for the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, whille on my knees just before I received My Lord Jesus in the Eucharist, I was overwhelmed with love and gratitude and amazing joy, O my Jesus You died for love of me, I will love you, with my life. Amen! Alleluia!
    He is Risen!
